By listening and working together we ensure that we provide a service that is truly person centred, accountable to the individual, and that the individual is able to voice their opinions and shape the service that they want.
Across Care UK some of the people we support have established the Listen to Me groups. Together with the Listen To Me group members we have developed a Service User Involvement Strategy. We have a genuine commitment to ensure that this is a living document that drives new ways of working in the future - to help people lead the life that they want.
