At Care UK we support people to find work and learn new skills.

We can help you:

• To gain the skills to obtain employment .
• To attend college courses.
• To obtain and attend work placements to gain work experience.
• To travel independently.
• Gain employment. This could be paid employment, voluntary work, self employment, vocational education, or a progression through these stages.

We know from the people we support that it is important to them to be working within their local community. That is why at Care UK we have inclusion workers within our teams who work together with local access to work services and employers to enable employment and experiences to happen for people.

We will work to develop "natural supports" so people are able to participate with greater independence.

We emphasise life-long learning and fulfilment, making use of all that the local community has to offer.
